Terms & Conditions

We welcome all genders, of all abilities.

Spaces are limited each year in order that the teachers can give the best to each class. When

students are allocated to a group a number of factors are taken into consideration including their

age, ability, and the capacity of the class. This is for health and safety requirements and allows us to

fulfil the requirements of the legalities of our public liability insurance. All our staff hold full

disclosure and are first aid trained. The decision of the school is final. All children can work towards

achieving a higher class in the new year, but will not be moved during an academic year, unless

there are extenuating circumstances.

IMPORTANT

It is important that you read, understand and agree to all information detailed before signing. If you

have any questions please raise with Miss Toni on induction night. If you have questions or concenrs

throughout the term, please contact Miss Toni on 07772 894 427.

PAYMENT

The student is permitted to attend the class on any month that payment is made in full, and up to date for previous months.

Payment must be made, by standing order, in full no later than the 1st of each calendar month. If any

month a payment is late, a mark will be placed against the students name. If a further month is late,

the students space will no longer be available for them to return and this will be offered to someone

on our waiting list. 

UNIFORMS

We ask that a Dance NRG tshirt is worn each week by each student. These cost £12. If the student already has a suitable tshirt they can redeem this value from the induction cost towards another item of uniform.

There will be cut off dates throughout the term for uniforms or other merchandise to be ordered. If

a date is missed the order can made ready for the next date. An order is not confirmed until full

payment has been received. Refunds will not be offered unless the order is faulty on receipt. We

recommend ordering 1 size up, especially for our younger students.

CONDUCT

The first priority is to develop the confidence, agility and fitness of all our students in a safe and fun

manner. In order to do this we observe a zero tolerance policy to negative behaviour towards our

staff or students by fellow students and their parents/guardians. It is our aim to resolve any conflicts

internally at class. Please note your child may be asked not to return if bullying is suspected or

witnessed, as Dance NRG have an obligation to provide a safe, welcoming environment.

DATA PROTECTION ACT

Dance NRG takes the data of all students seriously. For Data Protection Dance NRG staff will not

comment on any element of another students performance including incidents involving other

students.

If there is a reason you do not wish your student to be photographed or mentioned for social media,

or our show programmes please detail this below and we will ensure they are omitted from any

imagery we publish. If they are involved in the showcase we cannot guarantee other audience

members will not photograph or video them, and as there is a videographer their inclusion on stage

will result in them being included in the video footage.
