Dance NRG Academy – Terms & Conditions (2026/27)

Welcome to Dance NRG Academy. By enrolling your child in our classes, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We are committed to providing a supportive, positive, and professional environment where all dancers can thrive.

Our Values

Dance NRG Academy aims to provide a space where students can:

  • Develop dance skills and techniques
  • Build confidence
  • Form lasting friendships
  • Thrive in a positive and supportive environment


Class Locations & Age Groups. Classes are delivered across three locations:

  • Bishopbriggs
  • Mount Florida
  • Overtown

We offer classes for: Ages 18 months (Tiny Stars) through to 18+ (Elite Team) Adult dance fitness classes are also available:Thursdays, 7:45pm – 8:45pm (Overtown)

Enrollment & Payments

  • All students must be fully enrolled via Class4Kids.
  • Fees are spread evenly across 12 months.
  • Payments are collected automatically on the 1st of each month
  • The first payment will be taken on 1st September

Failed Payments: Retry attempts will be made on the 3rd and 5th of the month.

If payment remains unsuccessful: Your child may be removed from classes and a late charge will be applied

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure payment details are up to date.

Cancellation Policy

  • One month’s notice is required if a student wishes to leave.
  • Fees remain payable during the notice period.

Staff & Safety

  • All staff are PVG certified
  • All staff are trained in First Aid
  • Dance NRG Academy ensures a safe and professional environment for all students

Uniform Requirements : Dance NRG class t-shirt other items are available but we ask all students to have a class T shirt

Footwear: Appropriate footwear must be worn to every class, Crocs are strictly not permitted, Black jazz shoes are required for performances


Orders:

  • Uniform must be paid for in advance
  • Orders are processed only after payment is received
  • Items are distributed during class
  • Discreet handling of gifts can be arranged upon request


Shows & Performances

Dance NRG hosts an annual show, typically in a theatre setting

This may include:

Costumes

Professional photography & videography

Rehearsal


Important:

Participation is optional

Additional costs will apply

Fundraising opportunities may be offered to help reduce costs


Events: Christmas Family Night planned for the end of 2027

A showcase of routines from different age groups

An opportunity for families to celebrate dancers’ progress
